You are looking at the README for an STk/MySQL package. The complete
package should be available via

  ftp://cliffs.ucsd.edu/pub/terry/stk-mysql.tar.gz

Because I have no idea if anyone else in the world is ever going to
use this work, it is only very lightly documented. It works for me :-)
